Bill Shugarts

Bill Shugarts is a retired corporate executive who held key Senior Management positions with Westvaco, American Greetings, Reynolds/Alcoa and CEO positions with two Craft Industry companies-Fibre-Craft Materials Corp & Peterson-Arne.

He is also Co-Founder of Northern Virginia Military Ministry Outreach, Co-Founder of Fawn Lake Veterans Group, Lay Leader of Wilderness Community Methodist Church’s Military Ministry, National Park Service Master Docent, U.S. Army Museum Docent, USO Volunteer and a Vietnam Veteran serving from 1969-1970 with the 23rd Infantry Division-Americal.  His citations and awards include three bronze stars.

Bill is currently a Board Member of Families of the Wounded Fund, NOLB-No One Left Behind, Lay Leader at WCC Church and is an award winning & published professional photographer and owner of TradeWinds, Inc. – Global Consulting & Photography.  

He earned a BA in Economics & Business from Wilmington College (Ohio) and Executive MBA program-Lake Forest
